Ingredients

(Perfect for menopause and other hormone fluctuations)

1 ½ cup almond milk, coconut milk or soy milk (12 to 16 ounces - to desired thickness)

¼ cup Tulsi Tea (an adaptogen)

3 dates

2 teaspoons maca powder

½ teaspoon ashwagandha (an adaptogen)

1 scoop of your favourite protein powder

1 teaspoon coconut oil

2 teaspoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon cacao powder

1 tablespoon cacao nibs (400x the antioxidants of chocolate)

¼ cup frozen berries (optional and your choice)

 

 

Steps

Blend on high for a minute or until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill it. Enjoy.
