The ideal candidate will have experience managing kitchens, bakeries or similar workspaces, a strong work ethic, happy demeanor, strong problem solving and math skills, and be able to inspire their team to achieve the high standards Kelly’s Bake Shoppe holds. This person is expected to have great organizational and time management skills.
Ultimately you will be responsible for overseeing the baking staff on a day-to-day basis, managing production, as well as baking all cupcakes, cookies and other baked goods needed for the business day including pre-orders, same day orders, and walk-in customers.

We are looking to fill a full time position for this role. Weekends, mornings, evenings and holidays are essential.
