• Oh my, this cookie will keep you coming back for more! Our Chocolate Chip cookies are made with coconut oil, organic and fair-trade sugars, oat flour and are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Simply perfect!

• • Bob’s Red Mill GF AP flour (garbanzo bean/chickpea flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour) Oat Flour, Xanthan gum, Baking soda, Sea salt, Organic Enjoy Life vegan chocolate chips & chunks (brown sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter), Organic cane sugar, Organic sucanat, Organic palm shortening (non-GMO), Organic apple sauce, Organic vanilla extract

• Keep at room temperature or store in freezer for a later date. Best not to refrigerate. Baked goods defrost in 1-2 hours and cakes defrost in up to 7 hours.
