Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich

Two of our delicious chocolate chip cookies, sandwiched around a layer of our dairy-free vanilla buttercream.
- Bob’s Red Mill GF AP flour (garbanzo bean/chickpea flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour) Oat Flour, Xanthan gum, Baking soda, Sea salt, Organic Enjoy Life vegan chocolate chips & chunks (brown sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter), Organic cane sugar, Organic sucanat, Organic palm shortening (non-GMO), Organic apple sauce, Organic vanilla extract, Vanilla bean paste, palm shortening, Icing Sugar (sugar, corn starch)
Keep at room temperature or store in freezer for a later date. Best not to refrigerate. Baked goods defrost in 1-2 hours and cakes defrost in up to 7 hours.
Deliveries are available next-day and beyond, and will arrive between 11am-8pm through our third party delivery service. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
