Lemon Blueberry Cookie
- COOKIE: Bob’s Red Mill GLuten-Free Oat Flour, Cane sugar, Gluten Free Old Fashioned Oats, Coconut Oil, Wild Blueberries, Molasses, Golden Flax Meal, Organic Lemon Extract (Lemon oil, sunflower/safflower oil), Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Sea Salt, Baking Soda
- GARNISH: Lemon Royal Icing (icing sugar, lemon juice)
Keep at room temperature or store in freezer for a later date. Best not to refrigerate. Baked goods defrost in 1-2 hours and cakes defrost in up to 7 hours.
