Sunbutter & Chocolate Cookie

A classic "peanut butter" cookie (without the peanuts, and made with sunflower seed butter instead) sprinkled with chocolate chips on top! They melt in your mouth, they're so delicious. 100% seed-oil free too!

Disclaimer: In the hot, humid summer months, it is normal for spots of green to appear in these cookies. This is due to a natural reaction of the chlorogenic acid (similar to chlorophyl!) in the Sunbutter with the baking soda in the cookies. It is 100% safe, and even a feature commonly used in baking to create green cookies!
- Bob’s Red Mill GF AP flour (Garbanzo bean/chickpea flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour), Oat flour, Organic Cane sugar, Molasses, Baking soda, Sea salt, Xanthan gum, Sunflower seed butter (sunflower seeds, sea salt), Palm shortening, Flax meal, Vanilla extract, Enjoy Life Vegan chocolate chips & chunks (brown sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter)
Keep at room temperature or store in freezer for a later date. Best not to refrigerate. Baked goods defrost in 1-2 hours and cakes defrost in up to 7 hours.
