Cosmic Cookie
- COOKIE: Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose flour (garbanzo bean/chickpea flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour), Oat Flour Organic cane sugar, Organic sucanat, Baking soda, Xanthan gum, Organic Enjoy Life vegan chocolate chips & chunks (brown sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter), Organic palm shortening (non-GMO), Organic apple sauce, Sea salt, Organic vanilla extract, Cocoa Powder
- GANACHE: Organic icing sugar, Organic fair trade cocoa, Organic palm oil
- SPRINKLES: Cocoa solids, Cocoa Butter, Cane Sugar, sunflower oil; coloured with red radish, red cabbage, turmeric, beets, spirulina
Keep at room temperature or store in freezer for a later date. Best not to refrigerate. Baked goods defrost in 1-2 hours and cakes defrost in up to 7 hours.
