Mouthwatering Sunbutter cake filled with raspberry jam, topped with our decadent sunbutter frosting and a raspberry jam heart!

Disclaimer: In the hot, humid summer months, it is normal for spots of green to appear in these cupcakes. This is due to a natural reaction of the chlorogenic acid (similar to chlorophyl!) in the Sunbutter with the baking soda in the batter. It is 100% safe, and even a feature commonly used in baking to create green baked goods!
- CUPCAKE: Bob’s Red Mill All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour (Garbanzo Bean Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, White Sorghum Flour, Fava Bean Flour), Xanthan Gum,Baking Soda, Baking powder, Sea salt, Vanilla Rice Milk Natura (Filtered Water, Organic White Rice, Organic Brown Rice, Organic Canola Oil, natural flavour, sea salt, vitamins and minerals [tricalcium phosphate, zinc gluconate, vitamin A acetate, cyanocobalamin, riboflavin, vitamin D2], amylase [enzyme]), Sunbutter, Canola Oil, Sucanat, Vanilla, Flaxseed
- FILLING: Strawberries, pectin, organic cane sugar.
- FROSTING: Icing Sugar (sugar, corn starch), Palm Shortening, Vanilla Bean Paste, Sunbutter
Keep at room temperature or store in freezer for a later date. Best not to refrigerate. Baked goods defrost in 1-2 hours and cakes defrost in up to 7 Hours.
Deliveries are available next-day and beyond, and will arrive between 11am-8pm through our third party delivery service. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
